The Great Escape is an installation piece that captures the sight of smell balls, which were passively used only as training devices for humans in the artist's 2020 exhibition, Human Nosework Training gaining autonomy and mobility to escape from their original positions.

The smells ingrained in the history of this old church building located in Notting Hill, established in 1823
—such as the smells of old wood, iron, frankincense, wine, and musty water—are visualized in various forms and sizes of smell cells. The installation piece is constructed to depict these smell cells attempting to escape through the windows.
